  • after 15 months no negotiator

    Filed for modification on March 4, 2009 and since then have paid every (7) trial modification payments on time and all my paperwork has been kept up to date since the beginning. Even had Chase comment not seen one this clean. I have had 2 different negotiators since the start and was told this last week I have none now. No-one is assigned to my work-out. Almost (15) months later no is paying any attention to my file. I have asked for escrow analysis 4 times now and no response. My taxes were cut in half 2 yrs ago and I am still paying the old amount.   • Loan Modification

    Back on July 21, 2009 my husband and I were offered a home mortgage modification loan through our mortgage company CHASE Finance. This is the 2009 Obama Mortgage Relief Plan that is suppose to help homeowner’s get their interest rates and payments lowered to a more affordable amount. Well my husband and I are beginning o think that the whole thing is a scam. No way is President Obama aware of what these banks are doing to their customers with this program.   • Loan modification

    I have been in the home loan modification as of 06/09 and have been making my forbearance payments since then. When I started the program, i was told this process takes 90-120 days, it is now going on 8 months. I haven't even been assigned an analyst as of yet. I call at least once a week and I am being told something different each time. All required paperwork has been sent SEVERAL times. I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and my next step is the Attorney General and I am prepared to take it futher if needed. More...
